No more Panasonic cameras or lenses in 2009?

43rumors.com informed that there probably won't be any more cameras or lenses from Panasonic in 2009. It's only a rumor of course but this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. This year Panasonic gave us G1, GH1, GF1 and many m4/3 lenses. Three lenses previewed erlier - the 100-300mm telephoto lens, 8mm fish eye and quite interesting 14mm/2.8 will be all made available in 2010.

So we have to wait... I wonder how will 100-300 compare to ZD 70-300 in AF speed and picture quality.
